My name is Kristi Cawood. I am a licensed and certified mortgage professional through the National Mortgage Licensing System, as well as the states of TN, GA, and ALA.  I was born and raised and currently live in Cleveland, Tennessee. I have 3 older children that are my world.  I have been in the mortgage business for over 30 years, gaining the knowledge and expertise to help put you at ease throughout the mortgage process.  From working at local banks to National Mortgage companies such as Bank of Cleveland, Southern Heritage Bank, Cleveland Bank & Trust or Platinum Financial Funding, it allows me to leverage mortgage background history to great lengths.
